Dim Sum meows at the miniature kitties, but they remain silent.
Calinacase Whiteberry recommended this sim which she found while shopping. In fact, I saw her in front of the shape store, which was housed inside a greenhouse. She seemed to be afk, so I moved on and found this little museum of miniature cats.
